I’m not a huge cooker, I’ll admit, but I try at least to cook on a
Sunday. Sometimes it’s simple, sometimes it’s lavish, most times it’s
stewed chicken, rice, a peas or callaloo, and a garden salad. I find
that there’s a certain magic about cooking on a Sunday morning. The sun
is out in all its glory (most times), the atmosphere is charged with the
energy of people cooking, and washing clothes, and going to church.
Cooking is not a favourite pastime of my daughter’s so I usually go it
alone. I put on some music and I usually have juice on hand.
Just thought I’d share a few snapshots of my latest Sunday morning cooking experience with you. Hope you enjoy.

What about you ladies, are you a stove jumbie or an occasional cooker like me? What’s your favourite Sunday meal to prepare?

- I'm an occasional cooker, actually I have no idea if my concoctions can even be rated as meals!
- Hey Christine, thanks for the positive comments and encouragement. As
you see, the blog is still a work in progress. I'll settle things soon
though. I think I finally know what format I'll formally launch it in.
I love the new look and feel of your blogger blog, by the way. Very pink and diva-ish!
