Happiness trigger #2

I am happy today because I live on a small island with easy access to the Ocean. Today I felt my spirit yearn for the sight and atmosphere of the Sea, and as I sat on a wooden bench looking out to the Gulf of Paria, I felt soothed, relieved, reborn.
