A global village

I have found that when I begin a journey, I oftentimes meet with many pleasant surprises along the way. This week was particularly pleasant for me as I experienced women (and perhaps some men) click on and read my blog.

Most of the viewers are from sweet TnT, and I LOVE you all (muah), for supporting me in this my newest adventure. I've gotten some encouraging comments via email and telephone, and right here on What TnT Women Want (oh, if you posted comments within the first and second days of the blog launch last Monday and you're not seeing it/them up, it is because I had a little glitch and comments weren't registering. I had to tweak the settings a little and 'voila', it was alright again - so you can post away your comments now and they'll show up this time).

And do you know that two people, that's TWO people in China have viewed my blog? Wow! That's China I said people. Now I know I'm sounding like a little small-island never-see-come-see, but this is huge for me. People halfway around the world clicked on this blog and read words I wrote, words that I hope had the intended effect of empowering and enriching women's lives. I also had readers from the United States (14), the United Kingdom (3), and Australia (1). People, the world is indeed a global village. Old news, I know, but now I know it from a different perspective.

So to all the visitors, readers, and well-wishers from home here in TnT, those in China, Australia, the US and the UK I say "Thank you" from the bottom of my heart.
